Digitizing government forms
A scrape of austintexas.gov found hundreds of PDF forms. The Paperless project worked with residents to create standards for accessibility, advocate for digitization, and train staff.
Bloomberg i-team
Homelessness in ATX
Bloomberg Philanthropies funded a team of designers at the City of Austin to work on solving homelessness. The teams worked on a number of projects with people experience homelessness, city staff, advocates, and other residents.

The Office of Design and Delivery partnered with the Communications Office to do user research, prototype and then build a dashboard for Austin's City Council.
