Service Access:

Digitizing government forms

A scrape of found hundreds of PDF forms. The Paperless project worked with residents to create standards for accessibility, advocate for digitization, and train staff.

Bloomberg i-team

Homelessness in ATX

Bloomberg Philanthropies funded a team of designers at the City of Austin to work on solving homelessness. The teams worked on a number of projects with people experience homelessness, city staff, advocates, and other residents.

Homelessness by the Numbers

The Office of Design and Delivery partnered with the Communications Office to do user research, prototype and then build a dashboard for Austin's City Council.

Re-imaging Public Safety

Using Design to Create Policy

Teaching the staff in the Office of Police Oversight how to use human-centered design to shape and make policy decisions.

Designing for residents of Esperanza Tiny Homes Village

Using human-centered design to identify the needs and challenges faced by the residents of Esperanza Tiny Village.
