Paperless Installation 

Digital space can be easy to take for granted. And on the individual level it can be hard to see the total amount of paper work involved in delivering the hundred of services offered by the city. The installation was designed to showcase all of the PDF forms that City of Austin hosts on austintexas.gov (including out of date forms and forms that have multiple versions or copies.) We reconstructed the forms to create a physical artifact demonstrating size and complexity of content management and service access, and invited residents and city employees to come in and give feedback.
